表面谐波动压油膜轴承承载能力分析
Analysis on Load Capacity of Hydrodynamic Kelmet with Harmonic Waves
【摘要】 建立了普通圆柱动压油膜轴承和谐波动压油膜轴承的数学模型,结合实例对两种轴承的承载能力进行了计算,并对结果进行了比较和分析。结果表明:表面谐波动压油膜轴承比普通圆柱动压油膜轴承有着更大的承载能力,并且当谐波数为3个时,承载能力提高的较为明显,并且有着较宽的承载区。
【Abstract】 The mathematic models are established and the load capacities are computed respectively for the common cylindrical hydrodynamic kelmet and harmonic wave kelmet.By comparing and analyzing the result,it is demonstrated that the harmonic wave kelmet has much higher load capacity and spacious carrying area than the common kelmet,especially for the three waves.
