轴承滚子表面特性的分形研究
Study on Surface Characteristics of Bearing Rollers Based on Fractal Theory
【摘要】 基于分形理论的非线性特征,对圆柱滚子加工表面轮廓进行理论研究,探讨用分数维来表征其加工表面的粗糙度。通过理论计算及试验验证,得出了圆柱滚子外表面的分维特征,为研究加工表面的粗糙度提供一种新的方法。
【Abstract】 Based on the non-linear characteristics of fractal theory,the surface profile of cylindrical rollers is studied.It is researched to characterize the processing surface roughness of rollers in fractal dimension.The fractal characteristics of the surface profile of cylindrical rollers are obtained from the theoretical calculation and experiment,which provides a new approach to analyze processing surface.
