【摘要】 在快速城市化的现实态势下,大城市对地下空间存在多方面的需求。首先,地下空间对大城市的发展具有安全意义。其次,地下空间可为大城市提供进一步发展的空间。另外,地下空间可为完善大城市的综合功能提供条件。分析了广州市地下空间开发利用现状和存在的问题,在此基础上提出解决问题的对策,并结合发达国家的相关理论和经验进一步阐述了地下空间开发利用的前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Metropolis is demanding for underground from many aspects in the context of fast urbanization.Underground spaces is of safe importance to the development of a metropolis,such as expanding spaces for the urban development,and supplying conditions for the improvement of comprehensive functions.This paper analyzes the present situation and the problems of the development and use of underground spaces in Guangzhou.In the following,it puts forth some ways to solute these problems,and further expounds the prospects of the underground space with relevant theories and experiences of developed countries.更多还原
