【Abstract】 The running of Electronic Government System helps the governments of boroughs and counties handle official business work online, as improves governmental work efficiency. However, because the running time is short, there exist many problems, for instance, business process dispersive, information updating late, and the resources conformity of government affair low. From the perspective of knowledge management, we can improve the running of Electronic Government System by reengineering government business process, establishing uniform database of information of government affair and integrating government resources.更多还原
