【Abstract】 As a transportation way with traits of large number of passengers, speedy and punctual, the rail will deeply show impacts on towns by the railway in passenger flux, passenger distribution, even will have all-around impact on town development. To the commercial industry, the light rail will show impact in the fields of market, space, competition and so on.
