【摘要】 2010年上海世博会是城市发展千载难逢的机遇,同时也对道路交通提出了巨大的挑战。在深入分析世博周边地区现状问题和发展的需求后,将世博交通融入到城市交通体系中,提出世博地区道路交通系统优化方案,方案的主要措施有:“开辟”世博通道、“增加”西南—东北和南北快速通道、“勾填”浦东路网、“梳理”区域路网。通过定性和定量的分析,该方案不仅可以保障世博会交通,引领该区域的后续开发,而且对上海市城市交通体系有重要贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 World Expo 2010 in Shanghai is, once-in-a-lift-time opportunity in terms of urban development though, a great challenge to the city’s road transportation system. Presently, a key issue that urges an immediate solution is how to take advantage of this opportunity to direct urban developments through coordination of the entire urban transportation system and the local transportation system around the World Expo site. This paper proposes scenarios to optimize the local street transportation system for this international event based on an in-depth analysis of the current issues associated with the local transportation network and travel demands that will generated from this event. These scenarios are: opening up the World-Expo Corridor, building the southwest to northeast/southeast expressway, connecting and reshaping the Pudong and the regional networks. The qualitative/quantitative study shows that these scenarios are promising not only in providing a well-organized transportation system for the World Expo event, and guiding follow-up developments within the area, but also in exercising a significant influence on the better off of the urban transportation system in Shanghai.更多还原
