电磁反演与交变磁场方法的金属表面缺陷检测
The Measurement of Metal Surface Cracks by Magnetism-Current Inversion and Alternating Current
【摘要】 利用方形载流线圈产生的理想磁场数据,对磁场到电流的反演过程进行了验证.采用Ansys对空间线圈进行了仿真模拟,使之与实际情况更加一致.同时用Ansys建立了金属表面槽状缺陷的仿真模型,以交流磁场检测为基础,结合电磁反演方法对缺陷的长度、深度以及宽度进行了研究.仿真结果表明,两种方式相结合可以更准确、直观、全面地获得与缺陷相关的信息.
【Abstract】 The magnetic field data generated by a square current coil was used to verify electromagnetic inversion process,and the result agreed with that of the model created by ANSYS.In addition,an emulational model of cracks on metal surfaces was constructed by ANSYS.The information of defects,such as length,depth and width,was analyzed by the method of combining electromagnetic inversion with alternate magnetic field.The results show that more accurate information can be attained by the combining method.
