【摘要】 本文利用实证分析的方法,选取金融生态环境不同的地区样本,运用定量指标对影响金融生态环境的诸多要素进行深入对比分析,指出金融不是孤立的,它内生于经济社会的大环境之中。良好的金融生态环境能够营造“资金洼地”,从而促进当地的经济增长;不良的金融生态环境,往往造成巨额的不良资产,导致金融资源的低效配置,不利于经济的发展壮大。因此,改善金融生态环境、促进经济增长,实现经济可持续发展,必须从影响金融生态环境的不同因素及不同层面上加以完善与改进,必须要发挥政府的主导作用,依靠法律的、经济的、文化的乃至全社会的共同努力培育良好的金融生态环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper selects regional samples from different financial eco-environment with empirical analysis method and applies quantificational index to compare and study those elements affecting financial eco-environment. It is pointed out that finance is by no means isolated, and is born from a big social and economic environment. A good financial eco-environment can create a "capital valley" and promote local economic growth; while in contrast, a bad financial eco-environment will lead to huge amount of bad assets and inefficient allocation of financial resources and is detrimental to economic development. Therefore, to improve financial eco-environment, boost economic growth and realize sustained economic development, we must improve all those affecting factors at different levels and give full play of the leading role of the government to create a good financial eco-environment with joint efforts from legal, economic, cultural and social circles.更多还原
