【Abstract】 This paper introduces a method of preparing and using a new room-temperature quick phosphating solution.After a great number of experiments and investigations,results show it overcomes such problems as yellow-out,surface dusting and poor corrosion resistance of conventional phosphatization at ambient temperature.With it,a denser phosphating film with good corrosion resistance and high adhesion to paint coating can be obtained under ambient temperature for 15min.更多还原
