【Abstract】 The function of teaching supervision in teaching administration of institutions of higher learning can’t be neglected.At present,the teaching supervision in China has still been in its preliminary stage and therefore,it needs further developing and improving.This paper analyzes some existing problems in terms of system building,staff construction,and working contents and approaches,and it also puts forward some schemes to tackle the above mentioned problems.更多还原
