【摘要】 以天津泰达为例,探讨了在对外开放背景下我国沿海开发区20年演进历程中所形成的一种典型的深层结构特征:宏观层面的“全球链接”、中观层面的“区域独立”和微观层面的“自身极化”。认为,这种深层结构的形成是由“外向型经济增长-跨国公司主导-深层结构偏移”的内在机理所决定的。最后,解释了在这种深层结构之下,沿海开发区发展过程中呈现的缺乏扎根人口、区域发展鸿沟以及社会阶层分化等独特现象。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper,with Tianjin TEDA —— Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Area as an example,discusses the characteristics of typical development pattern of coastal development zones evolved from last two decades which is global linkage,regional independence and self-polarization. It argues that this is determined by the mechanism of export-oriented economy,domination of multinational corporations and change of its original pattern. It also explains some of the phenomena under this structure such as shortage of permanent residents,regional de-velopment gap and social polarization.更多还原
