【Abstract】 The formulation process of regulatory detailed planning is the process of data production. The attribute data such as regulatory rules are as important as the spatial data such as map entities. But in the making of regulatory detailed planning the importance of attribute data are seldom considered. Attribute data is separated from spatial data.
