【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of space effi-ciency in the process of urbanization in Zhejiang prov-ince from viewpoints of institutional economics,this paper points out that the immoderate decentraliza-tion leads the regional economy to prisoners’dilemma.The allocation of resources in Zhejiang province ob-tains good results in microscopic aspects.Yet on macroscopic aspects,it is directly opposite.To shift the economic growth mode and build the conserva-tion-minded society the key is to construct the insti-tutional environment for cooperative game.更多还原
