【Abstract】 After the society turning into knowledge and information based period,the rising of computer information technique,the universality of the internet and on-line study strongly pounds to the mode of the traditional adult education. In the process of working and learning depended on the traditional adult education ,the contradiction of learning and working or learning and housework is more and more outstanding.
