【摘要】 目的报道8例心脏瓣膜病变合并冠状动脉病变患者外科手术治疗结果和体会。方法对2002年8月～2006年8月的8例心脏瓣膜置换加冠状动脉搭桥患者的诊断、手术及术后处理结果进行分析。结果无手术死亡。结论对心脏瓣膜病变合并冠状动脉病变患者术前明确诊断,制订合理手术方案,重视术后危险并发症等,可有效降低死亡率及并发症,提高手术疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To review the experience of surgical management for the valvular heart disease associated with coronary artery disease.Methods 8 patients who suffered from valvular heart disease associated with coronary heart disease received valvular replacement and coronary artery bypass surgery at the same time.Results There were no operative mortality.Conclusion There were high risks in patients who suffrred from valvular heart disease combined with coronary artery disease when they received operations.The treatment result could be satisfactory if we did full preparation with reasonable surgery strategy.The mortality and postoperative complication rate could be reduced.更多还原
