富氧气氛下钙基固硫剂固硫的热力学分析
The Thermal Analysis of Sulfur-fixation of Based-calcium Sulfur-fixation Agent in the Atmosphere of Rich Oxygen
【摘要】 从热力学角度分析了煤在燃烧过程中钙基固硫剂吸收二氧化硫生成硫酸钙的各种影响因素,并探讨了在富氧条件下,降低烟气中NOx的含量,提高钙基固硫剂固硫率的可能性。研究发现高温不利于固硫,但富氧能提高固硫率。
【Abstract】 This paper studies the reaction of based-calcium sulfur-fixation absorbing SO2 to form CaSO4 in coal combustion and discusses various influencing factors of the reaction from thermodynamics.The feasibility of advancing sulfur-fixation ratio of based-calcium sulfur-fixation in the atmosphere of rich oxygen is discussed.The results show that high temperature is not beneficial to fix sulfur but rich oxygen can advance sulfur-fixation ratio.
