【Abstract】 Method of the minimum restriction bid evaluation on base amount is an improved one on basis of the method that the reasonable lowest price wins a bid.This method prescribes that the valid lowest price wins a bid.The basic principle and the bid evaluation procedure of the method were analyzed,and its advantages and advertent problems in using were discussed.It has important realistic meaning for normalizing the inviting or tendering bid practice and avoiding malignant competition.更多还原
