【摘要】 为了配合优秀南疆绒山羊的胚胎移植工作,同时研究南疆绒山羊同期发情处理后的发情规律,我们于2006年9￣10月在拜城县哑吐尔乡采用置入炔诺酮阴道栓+促卵泡素+氯前列烯醇同期发情处理方法,对280只受体南疆绒山羊进行了同期发情处理。试验将280只南疆绒山羊随机分为三个处理批次,其中第一批次100只,第二批次100只,第三批次80只。研究结果表明:南疆绒山羊发情同期率为31.79%,从撤除阴道栓到发情的间隔时间为平均为43.82h,发情羊只的平均发情持续时间为43.69h。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study oestrus law of ewes at post-synchronization period as well as cooperate with embro transfer of Nanjiang Cashmere Goat,During September to October 2006 in Yatu Township in Baicheng County, take Nanjiang Cashmere Goat as sublects,they were treated with synchronization .The methodology is: vagina spongy bolt+FSH+Cloprostenol(PG). Subjects were sort into three groups random with number of 280,among them the number of first group is 100, second one 100 and third 80.Results show:Synchronization rate of Nanjiang Cashmere Goat is 31.79 percent,average interval 43.82h from dismantling bolt to oestrus, average oestrus duration time 43 .69h。更多还原
