微尺度流动研究的历史与现状
The History and Actuality of Mircro-scale Research
【摘要】 在微尺度下,一些宏观尺度下忽略的作用力和效应起了重要作用,使微尺度现象与宏观现象呈现出较大的差异,使常规分析中的理论和一些简化条件,不再能解释微尺度下流动现象。如宏观条件下,5%的相对粗糙度可以忽略,而在微尺度下,较小的相对粗糙度会对气体流动产生比较大的影响,气体稀薄效应也会使气体流动阻力减小。
【Abstract】 Forces and interactions usually neglected in macro-scale play important roles in micro-flow.Phenomena occurred are much different between in micro scale condition and in macro scale condition, and some classic theoretical models and simplified conditions no longer work in micro scale. For example, in the micro scale, relative roughness, lesser than 5%, can not be neglected. In addition, gaseous flow resistance in micro-channels is dependent on rarefaction and compressibility.
