金属材料晶界特征分布(GBCD)优化研究进展
The Optimization Research Developments of Grain Boundary Character Distribution(GBCD)of Polycrystalline Metal Materials
【摘要】 总结了基于退火孪晶的金属材料晶界特征分布(GBCD)优化研究进展,并重点讨论了退火孪晶诱发GBCD优化的"∑3再激发"模型、"高∑-CSL晶界分解反应"模型和"非共格∑3晶界迁移与反应"模型。指出"非共格∑3晶界的迁移与反应"应是基于退火孪晶的中低层错能金属材料GBCD优化的微观机制;进一步研究非共格∑3晶界的成因及其在GBCD优化过程中的行为是十分必要的。
【Abstract】 The recent progress of twin-induced grain boundary character distribution(GBCD)optimization was summarized.The mechanism of GBCD optimization,the assumptions of ∑3 regeneration,high ∑-CSL decomposition and incoherent ∑3 migration and interaction were discussed substantially.It was pointed out that the migration and interactions of incoherent ∑3 boundaries might be the mechanism of twin-induced GBCD optimization.It is of significance to investigate the formation mechanism as well as the migration behavior of incoherent ∑3 boundaries in further.
