分散剂PEG对ITO前驱物浆料稳定性能的影响
Influence of PEG Dispersant on the Stability of ITO Precursor Slurry
【摘要】 以金属铟和结晶四氯化锡为原料,加入各种添加剂制备了稳定的ITO前驱物浆料。利用Zeta电位、扫描电镜、沉降试验研究了分散剂PEG对浆料稳定性能的影响。结果表明,分散剂PEG与ITO前驱物氢氧化物胶粒表面建立了较强的氢键,通过空间位阻稳定作用提高了浆料的稳定性;PEG的加入可使浆料中固体颗粒分散均匀,颗粒粒度主要分布在50~100nm之间;沉降试验和粘度的测定表明,浆料pH值在8.0,分散剂PEG用量在1.0%~2.0%(质量分数,下同),粘度在2.1~2.6mPa.s时,在沉降120h后的浆料中,固体颗粒沉降体积百分比在10%以内,能够保证浆料的相对稳定。
【Abstract】 The stable precursor slurry of indium-tin-oxide(ITO)was prepared from metal indium and crystalloid tin tetrchloride as raw materials by adding different chemical additives.The influence of PEG dispersant on the stability of ITO precursor slurry was studied by Zeta potential value,SEM and sedimentation experiment.The results indicate that the hydrogen bond was built up on the hydroxide surface of the ITO precursor by interacted with PEG to improve the slurry stability by space steric hindrance.The particle size was about 50~100 nm and the solid particles in the slurry were homogeneous by adding PEG.It is inferred from the sedimentation experiment and viscosity measurement that the ITO precursor slurry has a high stability when the dosage of PEG was 1.0 wt%~2.0 wt%,the viscosity was 2.1~2.6 mPa.s and the volume percent of solid particles in the slurry was less than 10% after sedimentated for 120 h.
