【摘要】 将Zr-Sn-Nb 新锆合金样品分组进行不同的热加工,用透射电镜(TEM)和高分辨电镜(HRTEM)观察并分析它们的显微组织和第二相粒子成分。TEM 观察发现,1000℃样品与 580℃样品相似,第二相粒子呈弥散分布。其它样品中第二相粒子分布不太均匀,随着保温温度升高,带状分布的第二相增多。EDS分析发现样品中存在Nb/Fe比不同的2种Zr-Nb-Fe第二相粒子和不含Fe元素的βNb粒子。

【Abstract】 The microstructures of Zr-Sn-Nb zirconium alloy specimens were investigated after being treated in different way. TEM observation showed that the specimen treated at 1000℃ had fine and even distribution of the second phase particulars(SPPs), as that treated at 580℃. And the SPPS distribution was not so uniform in other specimens. The second phase particulars increased with increasing of temperature. βNb particulars without Fe element and two kinds of Zr-Nb-Fe SPPs with different Nb/Fe ratios were observed via EDS analysis. It is quite clear that the deformation and heat treatment affected the size and the distribution of SPPs.
