【摘要】 孔隙率是表征中高浓纸浆多孔介质特性和研究纸浆内部结构的重要参数。通过金相显微镜获取纸浆纤维的几何投影图像,借助计算机处理图像,用光学分析法测量了13%～30%浓度纸浆的孔隙率。结果表明,13%～20%浓度纸浆的孔隙率与浓度正相关,20%～30%浓度纸浆的孔隙率与浓度负相关。对纸浆孔隙率影响最大的因素为纤维絮聚团颗粒的形状和均匀性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Porosity is one of the important parameters in medium and high consistency pulp porous medium characterization and pulp internal structure study. The geometric projection image of pulp fiber was obtained with metallurgical microscope and the porosity of pulp of 13%, 30% consistency was measured with optical analysis method after the image processed with computer. The results show that the porosity and consistency are positively correlated for the pulp of 13%-20% consistency and those are negatively correlated for the pulp of 20%-30% consistency. The major pulp porosity influencing factors are the shape and uniformity of the fiber lump grains.更多还原
