【摘要】 针对商品漂白桉木硫酸盐浆生产过程中出现的一系列树脂障碍问题,先利用X射线荧光光谱仪等分析手段,确定桉木树脂障碍的性质和原因。然后在实际生产过程中,通过严格备料、筛选、漂白工段的工艺控制,结合添加超细滑石粉、磷酸三钠螯合剂等辅助措施,控制生产过程的树脂障碍发生。商品浆板的尘埃度明显降低,工艺流程中树脂沉积现象大大减少,取得了较好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to deal with the pitch deposits problem during the commercial bleaching eucalyptus kraft pulp production process, advanced experimental analysis measures such as X-ray fluorescence spectrometer etc. were used to identify the properties and causes for the eucalyptus pitch deposits. After that, strict feed preparation, screening and technical control in the bleaching room were adopted in combination with such ancillary methods as adding superfine talc powder, trisodium phosphate chelating agent in the practical production in order to control the generation of pitch deposits in the production.更多还原
