【摘要】 根据我国APMP制浆技术的研究与应用,结合工艺流程设计实例,介绍了APMP制浆的漂白、磨浆和筛选流程的设计与改进情况,并提出了相关的设计建议。通过进一步优化组合磨浆、筛选设备,在保证成浆质量的前提下,降低设备投资和动力消耗,增加浆种调节的灵活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The design and improvement of bleaching, refining ,screening technological process of APMP pulping are introduced in accordance with the study and application of China’s APMP pulping technology and with the examples of process design and relevant design recommen- dations are put forward in the paper. Through further optimal combination of refining and screening equipment, the equipment investment and power consumption can be lowered and the flexibility of pulp adjustment can be increased under the precondition of ensuring pulping quality.更多还原
