纳米导电聚苯胺的微观表征及其电磁性能
Microcosmic Structure and Electromagnetic Properties of Nano-polyaniline
【摘要】 本文采用原位溶液聚合法制备纳米尺寸的盐酸掺杂聚苯胺粒子,通过FT-IR、XRD、TEM和SEM等手段对其进行微观表征,并且综合考察了不同含量掺杂态聚苯胺为填料、硅橡胶为基体的复合材料的导电性以及在3M~1500MHz低频段下的屏蔽效能。研究表明,原位溶液聚合方法制备的掺杂态聚苯胺颗粒呈球形,部分结晶,直径大约为4.1nm;掺杂态聚苯胺为介电型材料,介电损耗角正切tgδE≈0.64~0.53,且具有优异的导电性,当其填量为50%时与硅橡胶形成复合材料的电导率达到1.93s/cm;屏蔽性能测试:当含量达到30wt%和50wt%时有两次跳跃性增加,添加量为50wt%时,屏蔽效果最高达到-29.8dB。
【Abstract】 The nano-grain HCl-doped polyaniline was prepared by in-situ solution polymerization method.The microstructure of doped polyaniline was measured by FT-IR spectra,X-ray diffraction,SEM and TEM,as well as the electrical conductivity and the electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness of silicone rubber based conducting composites with different loading of doped polyaniline in the low frequency range from 3MHz to 1500MHz.The results show that the HCl-doped polyanilines consist of granular particles which exhibits partial crystallinity,and the average dimension is 4.1nm.The electromagnetic property was studied to find that HCl-doped polyaniline is dielectric dissipative material and the loss tangent(tgδ_E)≈0.64~0.53.The HCl-doped polyaniline has excellent electric conductivity.When the mass percent of HCl-doped polyaniline in polyaniline/silicon rubber composite increased to 50%,the electric conductivity is up to 1.93 s/cm. In the test of EMI effectiveness of polyaniline/silicon rubber composite,there are two hopping with the polyaniline content of 30% and 50%.The best EMI effectiveness is-29.8dB when the mass percent of polyaniline is 50%.
