各向异性NdFeB温压粘结剂特性研究

【摘要】 采用温压工艺制备了各向异性NdFeB粘结磁体.研究了双酚A型环氧树脂粘结剂的流变特性对磁体的磁性能、取向度及密度的影响.分别利用流变仪和B-H回线仪测量了粘结剂的流变特性和磁体的磁性能.利用扫描电子显微镜对磁体的显微组织结构进行了观察.结果表明,粘结剂在120℃时存在一个可持续2 min左右的粘度平台,此时粘结剂的粘度较低,具有良好的流动性.这对于磁粉在温压过程中沿外磁场的取向及密实化行为十分有利,可以显著提高磁体的取向度及密度,并由此获得理想的磁性能.

【Abstract】 Anisotropic NdFeB bonded magnet was prepared by warm compaction technique.Effect of the rheological behaviors of bisphenol A type epoxy on the magnetic properties,degree of alignment as well as density of the magnets was studied.Rheological behaviors of the epoxy and the magnetic properties of the magnets were investigated by means of rheometer and B-H loop-line instrument,respectively.Microstructure of the magnets was observed by using scanning electron microscope(SEM).It is shown that the optimum processing temperature of the epoxy for warm compaction is 120℃,at which the epoxy can keep low viscosity and good fluidity for about 2 minutes.Under this status,the densification and aligning process of the magnetic powders along with the magnetic field could be assisted well,and the degree of alignment and the density of the magnet rose remarkably.As a result,the bonded magnet possesses ideal magnetic properties.
