利用建陶工业污泥烧制多孔陶瓷材料试验研究

【摘要】 研究了以建陶工业的污泥为主要原料,混合部分粘土质原料和熔剂性原料,其制作工艺简便,在1200℃下烧制得到具有良好的力学性能和隔热保温性能轻质多孔陶瓷材料.主要研究并确定材料最佳配方以及材料各种性能的初步测试.研究结果表明:该轻质多孔陶瓷材料的气孔呈闭口圆形、平均孔径0.3mm,体积密度4.6 g/cm3~6.5g/cm3,抗压强度9 MPa~12MPa,导热系数0.121 W/(m.K),隔音量26 dB~32 dB.

【Abstract】 The ceramic industry slag,clay and solvent material were employed as raw material in this experiment.The raw materials were mixed and then sintered at 1 200 ℃ to obtain porous low density ceramics with good mechanical and thermal insulation properties.The appropriate material fabrication was discussed,and some properties were measured.The porous low density ceramics formed closed pores.The results are shown that the density of multi-pore ceramics is 4.6 g/cm3~6.5 g/cm3,compression strength is 9 MPa~12 MPa,the thermal conductivity is 0.121W/(m·K),noise insulation factor is 26 dB~32 dB and the average diameter of pores,which formed closed pores is 0.3mm.
