KH570/聚苯乙烯双重改性纳米氮化铝粉末的研究
Nano-AlN Powder Doubly Modified by KH570 and Polystyrene
【摘要】 采用硅烷偶联剂KH570和苯乙烯对无机纳米AlN粉末表面进行双重改性,制备了表面有机改性纳米AlN粉末。采用红外光谱、热失重以及X射线衍射(XRD)对KH570/聚苯乙烯双重改性前后纳米AlN粉末进行了表征。结果表明:苯乙烯可以与硅烷偶联剂KH570共聚并连接在纳米AlN粉末表面;纳米AlN粉末最大失重速率温度由改性前的202.3℃上升到228.07℃;改性剂的用量约为纳米AlN粉末质量分数的2%~3%即可获得很好的改性效果,改性后的纳米AlN粉末即使在70℃的热水中浸泡24h也不会发生明显的水解,疏水性和抗水解性能显著提高。
【Abstract】 Inorganic nano-AlN powder doubly modified by KH570 and polystyrene was prepared.The nano-AlN powder before and after being modified was characterized by FTIR,TG/DTG and XRD.The results showed that some polystyrene(PS) chains were bonded to the nano-AlN particles surface through the silicane coupling agent KH570.The temperature of maximum mass loss rate of nano-AlN powder rose from 202.3℃ before being modified to 228.07℃.While the mass fraction of modified agents was about 2%-3% of nano-AlN powder,the modified effects were good.Hydrolysis didn’t take place when nano-AlN powder was immersed in water at 70℃ for 24h.The hydrophobic property and anti-hydrolytic property of nano-AlN powder were improved obviously.
