微弧氧化在提高镁合金耐蚀性上的应用
Application of Micro-arc Oxidation in Improving Corrosion Resistance of Magnesium Alloys
【摘要】 开发了一种微弧氧化工艺,电化学极化技术和盐雾实验表明用该工艺得到的氧化膜具有较好的耐蚀性。并用这种工艺,开展了汽车轮毂和摩托车零部件微弧氧化的研究,为该项技术在工业上的应用打下基础。微弧氧化后,氧化膜均匀、致密地生长在工件表面。氧化膜颜色为白色,外观美丽。
【Abstract】 A new process of micro-arc oxidation was developed and it could improve the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloys considerably according to potendynamic polarization curves and salt spray test.In addition,micro-arc anodization of wheels and motor parts were studied in the process in order to lay foundations for industrial use of the technology.Anodic coating is compact and uniform on the surface of samples after anodization.The colour of anodic coating is white and beautiful.
