材料的一种新型单向应力应变本构模型
A New Constitutive Relationship Between Stress and Strain for Materials
【摘要】 为了有效地研究自增强超高压容器的残余应力,本研究提出了一个新型的应力-应变关系模型。通过严格的数学证明,表明该模型比别的模型更接近于自增强超高压容器用钢的实际工作情况。然后以某材料为例介绍了建立该新型模型的方法,并对其误差进行了分析。通过这个实例,说明了由一般的拉伸曲线求解该新型的应力-应变关系模型的可行性及可靠性,具有一定的理论意义及工程实用价值。
【Abstract】 In order to effectively study the residual stresses of auto-frettagea super high pressure vessel, this paper first offers a new model of the constitutive relationship of stress-strain. Through the strict mathematical testimony, this model is shown to be closer to the actual working condition of the steel applied in auto-frettagea super high pressure vessel than other models; then this paper describes how this model is established by taking some material as examples, and analyzes the model’s error. This example illustrates the feasibility and the reliability of solving the new constitutive relationship for stress and strain based on general tensile curves. The model also has theoretical signification and engineering practical value to a certain extent.
