【Abstract】 Preparing the nanosized alumina by precipitation method using AlCl3and NH4Al(SO4)2 as starting materials has such advantagesas as cheap raw materials,simple process,and that the powders obtained from this approach are of high purity and small particle size. High quality nanoparticle can be prepared with low cost by controlling the optimum reaction parameters selected by orthogonal design experiments and adding surfactant as dispersant.
