废旧锌锰电池制备锰锌铁氧体的研究

【摘要】 以硝酸溶解废旧碱性锌锰电池所得的溶液为原料,以酒石酸为凝胶剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出了具有尖晶石结构的Mn-Zn铁氧体。借助XRD、TEM等手段对所得样品的晶态及形貌进行了表征,并用DTA-TG手段对形成机理进行了分析,VSM手段检测了产品磁性能。研究表明:适宜的制备条件为pH=5、酒石酸与总金属离子的摩尔比为1.4∶1、煅烧温度600℃、煅烧时间2h;所得产物基本为球形,具有颗粒粒径小、分散均匀、磁性能优良等特点。

【Abstract】 Using spent alkaline Zn-Mn batteries as resource materials through dissolving with nitric acid and tartaric acid as gelata in sol-gel method Mn-Zn ferrite powders with cubic spinel structure are synthesized directly. The crystalline state and crystalline form are characterized by XRD and TEM.The dried gelis analyzed by TDA-TG method and the reaction mechanism is discussed, and the magnetic properties are estimated by vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). Results show that the optimum condition is that pH value with 5.0,the radio of the total concentrations of metal ions to tartaric acid being 1.4∶1, the calcined temperature being 600℃ and the calcined time being 2hours. Under the optimum synthesis condition, Mn-Zn ferrite has sphere structure with uniformity.The particle diameter is small and magnetic property is good.
