SiGe热电材料的发展与展望
The Development and Prospects of SiGe Thermoelectric Materials
【摘要】 热电材料是利用热电效应将电能和热能直接相互转换的功能材料,在热电发电和热电制冷领域都有巨大的应用前景,而SiGe热电材料则是高温域一种很有前途的热电材料。论述了SiGe热电材料的热电特性及制备工艺,阐述了提高材料热电性能的主要途径。
【Abstract】 Thermoelectric materials are the functional materials that can convert heat energy to electric energy or vise versa directly using thermoelectric effects and have immense application prospects in thermoelectric power generation and refrigeration. SiGe alloy is one kind of up-and-coming thermoelectric material that is usually used in high-temperature field.This paper discusses the thermoelectric properties and fabrication means,and also reviews the ways of how to improve thermoelectric performances.
