高温固体润滑涂层最新研究与进展
Research and Development of High Temperature Solid Lubrication Coatings
【摘要】 近年来,高温固体润滑涂层在许多领域得到了快速的发展,各种新型涂层材料及其制备工艺日益成为研究的热点。在综合大量最新文献资料的基础上,对高温固体润滑涂层中的材料体系(主要包括基体材料、润滑材料、耐磨材料)、涂层结构设计、涂层制备工艺取得的进展进行了综述,指出了值得关注的材料体系和制备工艺,提出了固体润滑涂层有待进一步研究的问题。
【Abstract】 A variety of novel materials and deposition techniques have been investigated to develop high temperature solid lubrication coatings in recent years.Based on a large amount of literatures collected,the corresponding material systems(mainly including base materials,lubrication materials,and wear-resistant materials),coating design and coating methods for producing high temperature solid lubrication coatings are summarized.Some new material systems and coating techniques are emphasized and analyzed in detail.Finally,some suspended problems for producing solid lubrication coatings are pointed out.
