无机阻燃剂的作用机理及研究现状

【摘要】 无机阻燃剂因无卤、低烟、无毒等特点已广泛应用于聚合物材料的阻燃。介绍了无机阻燃剂的阻燃机理,对各种无机阻燃剂及其复配协效体系的研究现状进行了详细阐述,并简要说明了目前无机阻燃剂的发展趋势。指出无机阻燃剂的多功能化,如抗菌、导电、防辐射等是近年来无机阻燃剂的重要发展方向之一。

【Abstract】 Inorganic flame retardants as a halogen-free, smoking-and toxic-free additive has been extensively used in flame-retardant polymeric materials. Mechanism of inorganic flame retardant is introduced in this paper. Research status of all kinds of inorganic flame retardants and their synergistic action systems are analyzed in detail. Meanwhile, progress tendency of inorganic flame retardant is explained briefly. That multi-function of inorganic flame retardants such as anti-bacterium, electricity-conducting and anti-radial etc is the orientation of inorganic flame retardants is pointed out.
