低温等离子体引发PTFE膜接枝丙烯酸固定化酶研究
Plasma-induced Graft Polmerization of Acrylic Acid onto PTFE Films for Immobilized Enzyme
【摘要】 利用Ar等离子体引发PTFE膜接枝丙烯酸(AcrylicAcid),然后进行固定化脲酶,最终得到PTFE-g-pAAc-i-Urease膜。采用XPS和ATR-FTIR等分析手段对固定化酶膜表面进行表征,结果表明在PTFE表面固定上了脲酶。固定化脲酶保持了与溶液脲酶相当的活性,最佳活性温度为60℃,pH值为6.0左右,与溶液酶相比固定化脲酶的环境稳定性有较大的提高。
【Abstract】 The study is to graft acrylic acid (AAc) on the surface of PTFE with the aid of Ar plasma treatment and the post-immobilizing of urease,and formed PTFE-g-pAAc-i-urease film ultimately. This specimen is analyzed by XPS and ATR-FTIR,which shows that urease is immobilized on the film surely. The immobilized urease retains equivalent activity compared with liquid enzyme,and its tiptop activity is situated at a point of 60℃ and pH 6.0 and the environmental stability of immobilized urease film is enhanced enormously.
