用腐植酸树脂分离富集-火焰原子吸收法测定电镀液中痕量铅

【摘要】 采用酚醛树脂对天然腐植酸交联固化,制备成腐植酸酚醛树脂。采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法(FAAS)研究了腐植酸酚醛树脂对铅的吸附性能。结果表明,腐植酸酚醛树脂对铅有较强的吸附能力,吸附量受介质pH值的影响,当pH值大于3.0时,铅可被定量吸附,最大吸附量可达17.28mg/g。吸附于树脂上的铅可以用0.1mol/L的HNO3溶液完全解脱。以FAAS法为检测手段,对镀铬液中痕量铅进行分离富集,建立了电镀液中痕量铅的测定新方法,应用于实际样品的测定,结果满意。

【Abstract】 Phenolic resin was used to perform crosslinked solidification of humic acid so as to prepare humic acid resin modified with phenolic resin.The adsorption of Pb2+ by the phenolic modified humic acid resin was investigated by means of flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(FAAS).The FAAS method suitable to the determination of trace Pb2+ in chromium electroplating bath was then established making use of the separating and enriching capability of the phenolic modified humic acid resin to Pb2+ ions.Moreover,the feasibility of the established method in industry was explored as well.The results showed that lead ions could be quantitatively adsorbed by the modified humic acid resin at a medium pH value of 3.0 and above,and the maximum adsorption quantity was as much as 17.28 mg/g.At the same time,the lead ions adsorbed by the modified humic acid resin could be completely eluted using 0.1 mol/L HNO3.Moreover,field test results indicated that the established FAAS method could be readily and satisfactorily applied in industry for the determination of trace lead in chromium electroplating bath.
