铝合金型材用水基除蜡清洗剂的研制

【摘要】 为了清除经机械布轮抛光后铝合金型材上的残余蜡,在分析各种金属清洗剂基础上,研制出了一种弱碱性水基除蜡清洗剂,该清洗剂能够很好地清除经机械布轮抛光后铝合金型材上的残余蜡浓缩液(20~25倍),其具体配方为:45~50 g/L K4P2O7,25~30 g/L Na2B4O7,25~30 g/L C12H25SO3Na,15~20 g/L C12H25SO3Na,20~25 g/L AEO-9,5 g/L C7H5O2Na,8~10 mg/L C6H5N3。通过在不同温度、不同时间下的清洗去蜡效率对比检测,得到最佳的清洗温度为50~60℃,最佳的清洗时间为10~12 m in。结果证明该除蜡清洗剂具有去除蜡脂能力强、对铝合金腐蚀率近乎零、对环境友好的特点。

【Abstract】 An aqueous cleaning agent wilh weak alkalescence was developed for easy and efficient removal of the remnant wax on the aluminum alloy frameworks mechanically polished using cloth-wheel. The formulation of the wax-cleaning agent was determined, while its effectiveness in cleaning the remnant wax on the aluminum alloy frameworks mechanically polished using cloth-wheel was investigated. It was found that the wax-cleaning agent composed of anion surfactant, nonionic surfactant, several inorganic auxiliary cleaner, and inorganic corrosion inhibitor showed good cleaning performance to the remnant wax on the aluminum alloy frameworks. The optimum temperature and time for the cleaning were determined to be 50-60℃. and 10-12 min, respectively. Moreover, the tided wax-cleaning agent had almost no corrosive action to the aluminum alloy and was environmentally friendly as well.
