国内油田动态监测技术新进展及发展方向

【摘要】 综合阐述了“十五”期间国内油田动态监测技术的新进展。在生产测井方面,粒径和密度优化的放射性示踪剂、五参数组合测井、中子氧活化测井、电磁流量计、电导相关流量/含水率计系列技术等得到广泛应用,套损检测、套损预测、可见光电视探测鱼顶、固井质量综合评价等技术取得新进展,新研制的双源距碳氧比能谱测井仪的纵向分辨能力由单源距仪器的0.8 m提高到了0.6 m,完善了测-渗-测中子寿命测井工艺和资料解释方法;在开发试井技术方面,光纤温/压监测等研究打下了良好基础,发展了电缆地层压力测试技术,在低速非达西流动试井分析与不稳定产能评价的理论研究方面取得了较大进展,开发的Sunflower试井软件平台在大庆油田得到普遍应用。认为今后科研重点是低产液油气水三相流、聚合物驱分层配注井注入剖面、高温深层气井产出剖面,注产剖面多参数组合,多参数井身状况成像等测井技术,高精度、高分辨率系列测井仪器研制,以及套损准确检测和及时预测,井下永久监测,火山岩储层岩石物理实验,聚合物驱和三元复合驱试井解释和评价,深层气井和水平井试井解释,受热效应影响的气井试井评价及复杂储层产能评价等方法研究。

【Abstract】 Progresses of oilfield dynamic monitoring technologies in 2001~2005 in China are summarized.In production logging: radioactive tracer with optimized grain diameter and density,5-parameter combination logging,neutron oxygen activation logging,electromagnetic flowmeter and series techniques of conductance correlation flow/water-cut meter have been applied widely;inspection and forecast of casing collapse,fish top detection with visible light TV,integrated evaluation of cementation quality,etc.have got new advances;the vertical resolution of newly developed dual-spacing C/O logging tool has been improved from 0.8 m of original single-spacing tool to 0.6 m; the neutron lifetime logging-permeating-logging technique and its interpretation has been perfected.In well testing for oilfield development: researches,such as temperature-pressure monitoring with optical fiber,have been well founded;wireline formation pressure testing technologies have been developed;theoretical studies on well testing analysis with low-velocity non-Darcy flow and non-stable productivity evaluation have advanced preferably;and developed software platform for well testing named Sunflower has been widely applied in Daqing oilfield.The after researches will be stressed on the follows: logging techniques aimed at oil-gas-water triphasic flow with low liquid-producing capability,injection profile in stratified polymer flooded injection allocation well,production profile of high temperature deep-seated gas well,multi-parameter combination of injection-production profile,borehole condition imaging with multi-parameter;developments of series logging tools with high accuracy and high resolution;and methodical researches on accurate inspection and in time forecast of casing collapse,downhole permanent monitoring,petrophysical experiment on volcanics reservoir,interpretation and evaluation of polymer flooding or ASP(Alkali-Surfactant-Polymer) flooding well test,well test interpretation of deep-seated gas well and horizontal well,well test evaluation of gas well influenced by heat effect,and productivity evaluation of complex reservoirs.
