【摘要】 随着国际交往的日益频繁,如何掌握好言语、非言语交际与文化之间的关系,达到一种良性的沟通,变得越来越重要。语言是交际的工具,是文化的载体;非言语是语言交际的补充,言语交流手段与非言语交流手段相结合,组成了人类的完整的交流系统。人们在交际中,只注重语言交际,而往往对非言语交际作为信息传递的重要地位重视不够。本文从两个方面探讨了在商务交往中非言语交际的重要性及双重性。由此得知,脱离非言语手段配合的孤立的语言行为往往难以达到有效的交际目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the globe communication is increasing frequently, it becomes more and more important to establish the relationship between culture and verbal & nonverbal communication.Language is a means of communication and also a carrier of culture.Nonverbal language is the supplement of verbal language.Verbal and nonverbal language form the perfect communicative system.People pay more attention to verbal communication,but less to the importance of nonverbal communicative function-delivering massage.This article explores the importance and duality of nonverbal communication in business communication.Thus we can draw a conclusion that the verbal communication cannot reach an effective communicative purpose without the aid of nonverbal means.更多还原
