糖苷化改性醇醚的制备及其性能研究
Preparation and performance of modified ethoxylated fatty alcohol by glucoside reaction
【摘要】 采用蒸馏法对脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO3)进行预处理,得到不含C12~14醇的醇醚——AEO4.7、AEO6,分别和无水葡萄糖以不同摩尔比混合后,在催化剂作用下进行直接糖苷化反应,得到糖苷化改性醇醚(MEG)。测定产物的物化性能,结果表明:MEG的cmc约为8 mg/L~14 mg/L,γcmc最低可达到27.47 mN/m(MEG4741);及时泡沫体积可达到110 mL(MEG6031);浊点比相应醇醚有所提高,最高可提高10.5℃;润湿时间最低为4.87 s;对液体石蜡的乳化时间最长为10.56 min。
【Abstract】 AEO4.7 or AEO6 obtained from pretreatment of ethoxylated fatty alcohol by distillation and followed by catalytic reaction with glucose at different mole ratio.The product are glucoside modified ethoxylated fatty alcohol(MEG).Physicochemical properties of the product were measured.Results showed that: cmcMEG=8 mg/L~14 mg/L;minimum γcmc=27.47 mN/m(MEG4741);maximum foam volume=110 mL(MEG6031).The cloud point of the products is higher than the corresponding ethoxylated fatty alcohol with a maximum difference of 10.5 ℃.The minimum wetting power achieves 4.87 s and the maximum emulsifying power achieves 10.56 min.
