硅胶负载硫酸铁催化合成正辛醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛
Synthesis of n-octylaldehyde 1,2-propylene glycol acetal with silica supported ferric sulfate as catalyst
【摘要】 研究了在硅胶负载硫酸铁(Fe2(SO4)3/SiO2)催化下,以正辛醛和1,2-丙二醇为原料催化合成正辛醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛。考察了醛醇摩尔比、反应时间、催化剂用量及其重复使用等因素对反应的影响,优化了反应条件。结果表明:正辛醛0.1 mol,n(正辛醛)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=1.0∶1.1,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的1.0%,带水剂环己烷12 mL,回流反应3.0 h,正辛醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的收率最高可达92.3%。
【Abstract】 n-Octylaldehyde 1,2-propylene glycol acetal was synthesized from n-octylaldehyde and 1,2-propanediol with silica supported ferric sulfate as catalyst. The effects of mole ratio of reactants,reaction time and catalyst dosage on the yield of n-octylaldehyde 1,2-propylene glycol acetal were examined.Experimental results showed that the optimal reaction conditions are: based on n-octylaldehyde 0.1 mol,the molar ratio of n(n-octylaldehyde)∶n(1,2-propanediol)=1.0∶1.1,the dosage of catalyst 1.0% of the total mass of the reactants,the amount of cyclohexane used as water carrying agent 12 mL,reaction time 3.0 h.The yield achieves 92.3%.
