超临界CO2萃取茶油及其在化妆品中的应用

【摘要】 研究了用超临界CO2流体(SC-CO2)萃取茶油的工艺及条件。结果表明:40 MPa左右,40℃-50℃下萃取3 h,可获得91%以上萃取率。所得茶油纯度高、品质好、色泽浅,无须进一步精制即可直接用于化妆品配方中,质量检测结果明显优于市购茶油。以护肤霜为例,进行了茶油在化妆品中应用的功能评价。结果表明,茶油加入化妆品配方中可显著提高产品的护肤功效。

【Abstract】 Process conditions for the supercritical CO2 extraction of tea seed oil were studied.Results showed that under extraction pressure of 40 MPa, and temperature of 40 ℃~50 ℃ with extraction time for 3 h,an extraction yield of higher than 91% can be achieved.The tea seed oil obtained has a light color,high purity and good properties.It can be applied directly in cosmetic formulations without further pretreatment.Quality inspection results of the tea seed oil product showed that it is significantly better than other tea seed oil product available in the market.Functional assessment of the tea seed oil in cosmetics was carried out based upon the preparation of a skincare cream.The assessment results showed that the tea seed oil improves the performance of the skincare cream remarkably.
