缓释型香精微胶囊的制备及应用

【摘要】 采用原位聚合法制备一系列具有不同缓释性能的香精微胶囊。激光粒度仪测得随壁材用量的增加制得的香精微胶囊平均粒径呈增大趋势,并且m(壁材)∶m(芯材)=0.25∶1制得的微胶囊粒径分布最为集中。热重法测得单壁微胶囊90℃以下匀速失重,90℃~140℃加速失重,170℃后失重率极小;双壁微胶囊的失重速率明显小于单壁微胶囊,且基本匀速失重。紫外分光光度法得出双壁微胶囊释放速率明显小于单壁微胶囊,香精残留量可于30 d后仍保持一个较高水平。若将香精微胶囊应用于棉织物的加香整理,织物可保持5个月以上的留香效果。

【Abstract】 Different control-released fragrance microcapsules with different release properties were prepared by in-situ polymerization.Measured by Laser Particle Size Analyzer,the results showed that following the increase of amount of capsule wall material,the particle size increases.The microcapsules prepared at a ratio of m(capsule wall material)∶m(core(material))=0.25∶1 the distribution profile is most centralized.By thermo-gravimetry analyses,the weight loss rates were(measured) and the results showed that in case of single-wall microcapsules,the loss are in constant rate up to 90 ℃,then in(accelerated) between 90 ℃ and 140 ℃,and keep a very low rate from 170 ℃ on.The weight loss rates of double-wall(microcapsules) are lower than those of single-wall ones.Results from ultraviolet spectrophotometry showed that the release rate of(double-wall) microcapsules is significantly lower than that of single-wall ones.A rather high level of fragrance(content) can be retained in the microcapsules after 30 days.Such microcapsuled fragrance can be used for cotton fabric(finishing),and test(results) showed that the fragrance odor of the finished fabrics can maintain for more than 5 months.
