一种具有激光光源的高灵敏光电传感器的设计
Design of high sensitive photoelectric transducer with laser source
【摘要】 为解决现有普通光源的比色分光光度计的结构复杂、灵敏度低的问题,设计了一种包括激光光源、激光衰减器、样品流通池和光电转换系统的高灵敏激光流通检测器,通过对多个不同波长的半导体激光二极管进行筛选,设计了一种在可见光范围内(500~800 nm)进行波长分段调谐且性能稳定的激光光源。并成功地用于电厂炉水和给水中痕量硅的快速测定,硅酸根检出限达到1.13μg/L。
【Abstract】 To refrain from the complex construction and low sensitivity of the spectrophotometric detector,a high sensitive laser flow detector including laser source,attenuator,flow cell and photoelectric sensor is design.A new type of laser source which is reliable and whose wavelengh can be tuned in range of 500~800nm is designed through the optimization of different wavelength semiconductor laser diode.It is successfully used to determine the ppb-level silicate in boiler water and feedwater at power plants.The silicate detection limit measures up to 1.13μg/L.
