基于DSP的光纤液位测量数据处理方法
Data processing method of fiber optics liquid-level measurement based on DSP
【摘要】 针对光纤液位传感器输出特性,基于数字信号处理器(DSP)技术,研究了高精度光纤液位测量数据的软件处理方法。提出了疏失误差的剔除、数字滤波和非线性拟合相结合的实时数据处理方法,采用TMS320C6711芯片,设计了光电转换器,给出软件实现流程。实验表明:该方法简化了设计,提高了传感器的测量精度和通用性,有利于工程的实际应用。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the output characteristic of fiber optics liquid-level sensor,the software method of high precision data processing is studied base on digital signal processor(DSP).A method of real-time data processing which combining rejecting the mistake error,digital filtering and nonlinear fitting is presented,the photoelectric converter adopting TMS320C6711 is designed,the software flowchart is given also.The experiment shows that this method not only simplifies design,improves measurement precision and generality of sensor,but also is suitable for the application.
