一种结构光传感器标定调整方法的研究
Study on an Adjusting Method of Calibrating Line Structured Light Sensor
【摘要】 简单介绍了结构光传感器的组成和现有的标定方法.综合考虑采用公式法,基于标定模型给出了一种标定调整方法,即利用光电二极管对光强的感应进行调整,借助于标准具进行标定.标定调整中运用了光学瞄准和计算机图形定位技术,此方法简单方便,克服了以往方法的复杂繁琐.经实验验证,重复性误差0.02 mm,精度达到±0.08 mm,与现有方法相比更精确更稳定.
【Abstract】 The composing of structured light sensor and the existing calibration methods are presented tersely.After considering synthetically,the formula method is used.Based on the model of calibration,an adjusting method for the calibration of the sensor is designed by using the induction of photoelectric diode to light intensity to adjust,and using standard tool to calibrate.The technology of optic collimation and computer figure orientation are exercised in the convenient method,and it tided over the complicated disadvantage.The experimental results showed that the repeatability error is 0.02 mm,and the precision is ±0.08 mm.Comparing with the existing adjusting method,it is more accurate and steadier.
