直升机助力器动态校验装置设计

【摘要】 为校验直升机助力器的动态特性参数,以直升机主桨助力器为主,综合目前多种现役助力器校验参数的要求来设计助力器动态校验装置.整体结构采用模块化功能设计;用独立的自动控制和手动控制来提高系统的可靠性;用模糊变频控制来动态调整液压系统流量;用可变质量滑动车来配平助力器伸出端的等效质量;用步进电机驱动双偏心轮产生的正弦信号来模拟助力器摇臂输入.校验装置的设计符合技术要求,已经用于6种型号助力器的动态校验.

【Abstract】 In order to calibrate the dynamic parameters of helicopter hydraulic booster, a method was proposed to design a multipurpose dynamic verifying unit that depends upon the main rotor booster and considers with other kinds of hydraulic booster on service presently. With modular units to design the overall structure; with manual operating system and automatic control system to improve the reliability; with fuzzy frequency controller to adjust dynamically the hydraulic medium flow; with variable mass carriage to balance the equivalent mass on the output shaft of booster; with the mechanical sinusoid signal generated by double eccentric wheels and step servo motor to simulate input signal on the control stick. The design results of verifying unit fulfill the technical requirements and have been come into use on dynamic calibration for more than 6 kinds of helicopter hydraulic booster.
