热电偶测温系统的不确定度评定与分析

【摘要】 按照ISO标准"Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement"和国家计量技术规范JJF1059-1999"测量不确定度评定与表示"的规定,推导了热电偶测温系统不确定度评定的一般方法.以一个典型热电偶测温系统为实例,给出不确定度计算的具体步骤,分析了各主要不确定度分量的影响,并提出了减少不确定度的相关措施,为优化热电偶测温系统的测量提供了指导.

【Abstract】 According to the ISO standard “Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement” and the technical measurement specification of China “Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement”,general procedure for evaluating uncertainties of thermocouples based temperature measurement system was deduced in this study.Taking a typical thermocouples system as an example,detailed steps of calculating its uncertainties were presented first,and then the influence of each uncertainty component was analyzed.At last,relevant measures for reducing uncertainties were put forward aiming at optimizing the performance of the temperature measurement system using thermocouples.
